Built by the Grain Industry, for the Grain Industry — Since 1984

ExamNet traces its origins back to 1984, when Greg Miller began developing software to help state agriculture departments and the USDA account for physical grain inventories. His mission was simple but essential: provide regulators and warehouses with a reliable method of measuring grain — independent of book entries — using proven geometry, test weights, and pack factor logic.

Over the next four decades, ExamNet evolved from a simple measurement tool into a comprehensive grain compliance software platform that supports:

  • Regulatory compliance with state and federal standards
  • Warehouse inventory verification for licensed storage facilities
  • Audit preparation and reconciliation that cuts review time in half
  • Monitoring by type, grade, and condition for greater transparency

By working directly with examiners, regulators, and warehouse operators, Greg ensured ExamNet addressed real-world challenges, not just IT assumptions. The result was adoption across more than 15 state departments of agriculture and recognition as the trusted tool for inventory accuracy and compliance.

In 2024, following Greg Miller’s retirement, ExamNet LLC was established to continue and expand his legacy. Backed by decades of institutional knowledge and supported by the Association of Grain Regulatory Officials, technical advisors, and industry partners, ExamNet remains committed to:

  • Delivering accurate, modern tools for warehouses, regulators, and agencies
  • Aligning with USDA and FGIS standards
  • Releasing new features that reflect industry best practices and evolving needs

At ExamNet, grain inventory and compliance software isn’t just part of what we do — it’s all we do.
